Bitcoin Ben Beach Resorts – El Salvador
Effective Date: 02-01-2025
1. LIABILITY WAIVER
By entering and using the facilities of [Resort Name] ("the Resort"), guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

The Resort, its owners, management, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained by guests while on the property, inside guest rooms, or using any Resort-owned vehicles, including but not limited to cars, scooters, and watercraft.

Guests assume full responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of those in their party while engaging in any activities at the Resort, including but not limited to swimming, water sports, and vehicle rentals.

The Resort shall not be held responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to personal property.

Any injury, accident, or loss occurring within the Resort premises or through the use of Resort amenities is at the sole risk of the guest.
2. RESERVATION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
-
Cancellations made before 48 hours of check-in: 90% refund of the total reservation amount.

Cancellations made within 48 hours but before 24 hours of check-in: 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
-
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in: No refund.
-
Refunds may take up to 21 days to process.
3. ROOM DEPOSIT & INSPECTION POLICY

A deposit is required for each room at check-in.

Deposits will be refunded within 48 hours after room inspection, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items are reported.

Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the deposit, and additional charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount.
4. FOOD & BEVERAGE LIABILITY

The Resort ensures compliance with food safety standards; however, it is not responsible for any sickness, allergic reactions, or medical conditions arising from the consumption of food or beverages at the Resort.

The Resort assumes no liability for medical bills or related expenses due to illness allegedly caused by food or drink consumption on the premises.
5. PRIVACY & MEDIA POLICY

The Resort does not sell or share any data or personal information of its guests with third parties.

Guests are expected to be considerate when taking photos or videos, ensuring that other guests' privacy is respected.

Guests shall not post any photos or videos of other guests on social media platforms without their explicit permission.
6. GENERAL TERMS
-
Guests must comply with all Resort policies, posted rules, and staff instructions.

The Resort reserves the right to refuse service, evict guests without refund for disruptive behavior, rule violations, or damage to property.

By staying at the Resort, guests acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

* All-inclusive is exclusive to the booking of the ENTIRE RESORT option.
-
* The resort does provide rental of vehicles, catering and drink specials for additional fees.
-
All paid guests also receive a limited time Membership to the Bitcoin Ben Crypto Club. This allows the resort to be PRIVATE and for MEMBERS ONLY.
7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of El Salvador. Any disputes shall be resolved within the appropriate courts of El Salvador. El Salvador has a strict drinking and driving policy of ZERO TOLERANCE. With your all-inclusive stay comes transportation. A nice Jeep and Scooters. You will be 100 percent responsible for these vehicles if the law was broken and these vehicles were to be confiscated or damaged. In El Salvador they have Taxy and Uber services. If you find yourself out and inebriated, the resort will pick up the vehicles.
